Fleur Hassan-Nahoum
Fleur grew up in Gibraltar and studied law at Kings College, London University. She qualified as a barrister and practiced in London before becoming the Campaign Director of World Jewish Relief. In 2001 along with her husband Fleur made Aliyah and was recruited by the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee where she served as a senior associate in resource development for 6 years, dealing specifically in Europe with individuals, foundations and institutions.

In 2007 Fleur was recruited by Tikva Children's Home to establish an International Relations Department in order to develop resources for Tikva worldwide. Today, Fleur is one of the founders of Message Experts and uses her experience as a presenter, barrister and fundraiser to help a wide range of organizations and individuals improve their messages and presentation skills to achieve their goals. Fleur is bilingual in English & Spanish and fluent in Hebrew. Fleur recently completed her MA in Conflict Research Management and Resolution from the Hebrew University and is a qualified mediator. Fleur is married to Dr. Adam Nahoum and they live in Jerusalem with their children. In her spare time Fleur enjoys singing.
 
Brigitte Casper
Brigitte is a native New Yorker and made Aliyah in 2003. She has over 17 years experience in the non-profit sector and holds a Masters in Social Work from New York University. Her expertise include program development, grant writing, budgeting, identification of new donors, annual reports/brochures and managing donor relationships.

Brigitte has worked as a professional grant writer for the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee and as resource development director for Tikva Children’s Home and Lema’an Achai. She served as foundation director for Soho Partnerhship in Soho, New York for over two years. She currently sits on the Board of AV Israel and the Young Women’s Leadership Committee at Shaare Tzedek Medical Center. Brigitte has had her own consulting firm for close to three years and has recently merged with Fleur Hassan Nahoum to form Message Experts, an international communications company. She resides in Jerusalem with her husband and three children.

Kylie Eisman Lifschitz
 Kylie is an organizational consultant with 15 years' experience in the commercial law and non-profit sectors. Born in Melbourne, Kylie grew up in Sydney and graduated with a double degree in Arts and Law from Sydney University. Upon making Aliyah to Israel in 1997, Kylie practiced intellectual property law and commercial law in Israel’s booming hi-tech sector for 5 years with the Jerusalem firm of Shimron, Molho, Persky & Co, and served as in-house counsel for the Hebrew University’s intellectual property commercialization company, Yissum, before being recruited by the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee (JDC) in 2004 as a Senior Associate of International Relations.

At JDC Kylie managed partnerships with major individual donors and some of JDC’s largest foundations, and in 2012 took on the additional role of Director of Education and Training for the International Relations division. Since 2013 Kylie has served as a consultant to JDC's Global Human Resources division on global Human Resources initiatives.

Kylie is currently completing a Masters in Organizational Behavior and Development at the IDC in Herzliya and over the past year has been consulting with Message Experts clients, developing strategic planning, internal communications and various workshops and interventions to bring out the best in clients’ organizations and their employees. In addition, Kylie has applied insights from the field of behavioral economics to help clients improve their understanding of customer and donor behavior.Kylie lives in Jerusalem with her husband, Boaz, who runs a venture capital fund, and together they have five children. Kylie enjoys running half-marathons and is also a longstanding board member of Mavoi Satum, a non-profit that works to free Jewish women denied a divorce.

 

 

 

Penina Eichler 

has over 20 years of HR and management consulting experience working with organizations both large and small in a variety of industries.  Penina advises her clients in all aspects of human resources, with an emphasis on implementing programs that increase performance, efficiency and profitability.  Her work encompasses workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, change management, performance management and employee relations.  Penina also conducts leadership, team building, cross cultural and employee training programs designed to improve employee satisfaction and organizational performance and lectures to global audiences on various Human Resources topics. Through the course of her career, Penina has had the opportunity and privilege to counsel, train and mentor scores of employees, including executive and management level personnel.  

Prior to joining Message Experts, Penina was the founder and President of Organizational Solutions, a Human Resources and Benefits Consulting firm.  Before that, she spent time in organizations such as Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch and Itochu International, before moving to Magnet Communications, a mid-size public relations firm, as Director of Human Resources. While at Magnet, Penina oversaw the integration of two acquired companies and saw the firm increase its head count four-fold.  

Penina is an active volunteer of both community and national organizations.  She currently serves on the board of her local community center, is a past president of the PTA in her children’s school and sat on the professional board of national organizations such as the American Heart Association and the NAMC.  She has been married to her husband, Mark, for over 20 years and they have six wonderful children.

 Penina holds a degree in Business, Management and Finance and is fluent at a mother tongue level in both English and Hebrew.
